Refunds and Exchange Policy

Return Exceptions

  • Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable by law, but this is for your protection as well. By law, thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.

Restocking Fee

  • All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
  • If you require an exchange, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

  • All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day
  • Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. If an item becomes unavailable or is on backorder, we will notify you by phone or email and give you the option to cancel the item or wait until it becomes available.
  • All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box or bubble envelope.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Canada Post Expedited
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that mail orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location, and the carrier option you have chosen. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Email Address
  • Credit Card Information

In addition we may also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order, and for us to improve our web site. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order's billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
